Do you know:
Why leaves turn brown in colour during autumn? Tree's will go through a process called the photosynthesis with which they capture the energy of sunlkight whilst converting them into chemical energy (foods for the trees). Therefore, the leaves are usually green in colour. However, as autumn approaches, the membrane between the tree branches and the leaf stems will decline the flow of nutritients into the leaf due to the shortening of hours (daylight) and falling in temperature. These interference causes the green colour leaf to fade to yellow.
